Stopped by to have five keys cut. I asked the girl behind the counter-«do you have these key blanks ?» She responds nah may be in two weeks we will have them; not once did she say let me have your phone # and we will call you. She simply turned around and kept working. Oh I must add to this-was there any eye contact from my behalf yes. Well I left the place with a bad impression and decided never to patronize them again. Did I mention an employee arguing in the back ground, for every one to hear. OK may be they need a class on customer service or a book of manners for the young lady. Probably that’s why they are no longer on 41.

The company has been in business for about 2 years. As a small locally owned and operated business, we decided to support them and have our alarm system updated and new cameras installed. After quoting the job on a Friday for Tuesday completion, they could not remember the job or if they could complete it as bid. Promised to come out on Monday to pick up a contract and a check at 8:30am. Had to call them at 9 to find out where they were and was told they had to check with the supplier to see if they could obtain the parts and would call back in 30 min. Called them again at 11:00am but could not get an answer. Finally reached owner at 11:30am who said two missing cameras would be available on Wednesday but he could not promise that he could install them before Friday or later. Asked why he and his installer had not shown up as promised or why he couldn’t just install the two cameras on Wednesday as promised. He said we were at loggerheads and that we should find another installer. Lesson 1: do business with established large national companies that do not have supply problems.
