They need to beef up their service department. Called today for service on our dishwasher which we purchased from them and was told the first date they had available was ten days from now. Completely unacceptable for a company selling high end appliances.

Would never use them again or refer anyone to them. They did a repair on one of my appliances what a ripoff! I recommend calling someone else. Very expensive!
