I have had to go to this store many times. (I have three boys on the spectrum Who are not gentle with their devices.) Luckily they have been there for each and every broken screen! The staff has been so polite and efficient. Even on a Friday night at 7 o’clock they are not in a rush to hustle you out but will take their time to fix your device. Also Everyone who works there greets you when you walk in with a smile. I am super impressed with their customer service as well as their work ethic. Their prices are lower than other places I have called as well. I would recommend this place to anyone with a broken device!

My first experience with My Broken Phone was a pleasure. I had dropped the cell on the pavement, it hit screen down, of course, and I thought for sure the screen and the phone was busted. Well, the phone case helped, but the screen saver lived up to its name. It was the screen saver that broke not the screen. If you don’t have one, get one at My Broken Phone, and let these guys put it on for you. They are pros, know their stuff, and are nice to do business with.
