Wood Fired Pizza from a truck?! The best Pizza I’ve ever had! wonderful flavor combinations and crust! If you see the old school truck driving down the road with the chimney smoking, follow them for the best pizza you’ll ever have!

We had Polpo cater our backyard wedding last weekend, and it was an amazing experience. The setup couldn’t look any better, the pizza, salad, and bruschetta were incredible, and the Polpo crew is just so nice and helpful. Everyone has been raving about how excellent everything was, we just couldn’t imagine it having been any better. We will continue to seek out this awesome food truck at local events!
