The Seminole Quest on Park Blvd next to Einstein’s Bagels is without question the worst lab services place in the world. I have used Quest many times in Clearwater and they are great, totally the opposite the one in Seminole, it is trailer-park low end florida at its worst, slovenly, sloth like staff. no greetings, no smiles, no professional behavior at all, a disgrace. every employee I saw was unpleasant and you can picture the rest. Pure garbage. what a shameful place, had to use Quest because the MD I was using prepaid and ordered them, and I made the fatal error of using the Seminole one cause it was close. had an apt for noon did not get the two minutes of blood draw I needed until about 1240, saw no reason for that other than incompetent employees, who obviously could care less if you never use the place again again. no greeting as unpleasant a woman as I have ever seen. as was every employee, who outnumbered the customers by the way, all seemed lazy, unsmiling, unpleasant, to the bone. If these places are franchises they should pull the name from this one, really gives Quest a bad name. In this area use Lab Corp they are 1000% better than the Seminole Quest, which is so bad it is hard to believe you are not being pranked being in there. Going to write to Quest and follow up with a formal complaint with my MD,. Quest really needs to dump this bunch, surely giving Quest a bad name.

Won’t answer phone. mailbox full. You’d think quest would list fax number. Very frustrating.

I arrived at my appointment 8 minutes early, signed in and designated I had an 8:15 appointment. Only two people on a list of over 20 had written down they had an appointment and I was one of them. We had the same appointment time. He was called at 8:20. By 8:30 I still hadn’t been called and I went up to ask why. They had skipped over me. I am here for a fasting, 3 hour glucose test. By the time they took my blood and started my time it was 8:41. Almost a half an hour after my appointment. I took my 1 hour glucose test at a Quest in Pinellas Park; I was given a private room, with a recliner and a TV. Here I have to sit in a packed, uncomfortable, waiting room full of sick people. I am furious. I have never had such a bad experience. I waited over 4 weeks for this appointment on a Saturday. Every Quest I have been at has honored my appointment within 5 minutes. Today more than any day I needed to start on time. There is also a very poor internet signal in here and no wifi offered, not even a magazine. What am I supposed to do for 3 hours except fume over this experience and how hungry I am, and probably catch something because my immune system is compromised. This is not how a pregnant woman should be treated.

This place is a disaster. My employer scheduled an appointment for me for 10:30. I had a confirmation for it. They then sent me another confirmation for 10:00 apparently. I got here for the 10:30 appt and since they already called my name I had to wait so they could take me as a walk in. I waited over 1.5 hours to get in. As I was sitting here waiting, I noticed the same thing happened to multiple people. Never come here if you have a choice. Go to SMH lab. Things run much smoother over there.

Quest has always been my go to lab. The people are always nice and great at what they do. I have a really hard time getting my blood drawn but they always manage to get it. However the service at this particular location is lacking. Even with an appointment I still end up waiting a long time. This location is particularly busy but don’t have the amount of staff to accomadate the number of people that come through everyday.

When you need blood drawn or bodily fluids sampled, Quest is the best. The ease of making an appointment online and actually being called within a few minutes of your appt time should be enough to satisfy your lab needs, but the staff is always friendly and courteous — bonus. It’s located on the bottom floor of a medical building off University Parkway. The waiting area reminds me of a clean version of a DMV in the DC area — sometimes it seems only interesting characters need to renew their license or get blood drawn. Everyone keeps to themselves though and waits patiently as the staff goes through the list.
