I would give this store zero stars if I could. Employees weren’t rude exactly, but my wife and I got the impression they were too busy talking to each or bored to tears working there that they had no interest in actually helping us find a new phone to replace the one that was broken. Lots of one word answers to our questions. Yes. No. Yep. Uh-huh. Lots of mumbling and barely audible grunts. NO customer service at all. it seemed like they wished we would just leave – which we did to buy a phone at Best Buy across the street. They desperately need a manager here to whip this bunch into shape.

After 11 years of being a loyal customer of Sprint, in the last two weeks I have been treated worst than a dog would be. I was eligible for an upgrade and had decided to get an iphone 6s. I went online to find out exactly what my options were. A sprint representative answered all my question and I had decided to order the phone. Sprint offers what they call Direct2U. Which is a representative will bring the phone to your house and set it up for you. I requested this. They then charged me $ 63.27 for tax they say. After not hearing from them for a day I called the number in Direct2U to see when to expect my phone. I was then informed that the corporate store did not have the phone I had ordered so they could not deliver it. They would have to send it ups. OK, then I was told I had to cancel the order to reorder to have it delivered. Thought this was a bit much considering all I was doing was changing how it was delivered. But they lady insisted this was the only way. Do not understand why the phone could not be delivered to the store then to me. Guess that was to much. I then finally agreed. She placed the order again to be delivered and told me she would send an email to confirm delivery date. Then they charged me $ 47.95 for taxes. I received the phone before I received the email. I opened the phone, looked at it then put it back exactly how I had received it. Called Sprint to complain about the charges on the phone. After an hour and half I finally got them to refund the first tax. Two days later they charged me again. So I decided to turn the phone back, sprint policy allows 14 days. I set an appointment to the store nearest me. Went to store to be told that I had to go to a CORPRATE store. Called Sprint to ask exactly which store do I take it to. They gave me one on University. Went there again told they were not a CORPORATE store. Had to take it to 4141 S. Tamiami Trail. I set an appointment for this store. I arrived on time. Was there for over 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. They seem to be busy talking to each other, joking around. To busy for me, the customer. Finally I got a young man(Eric, I think) that acted like I was wasting his time, Spoke to me only because he HAD to. REALATTITUDE! I told him I wanted to return the phone. He then told me I had to pay a $ 35.00 restock fee. I said no I did not because the phone had not been turned on or activated. It was in the same order I received it. The boy called over his boss and the boss said«sometimes they get activated in shipment. REALLY, HOW? After about 30 minutes i finally got a receipt for my return. IFYOUARETHINKINGABOUTGOINGWITHSPRINTRUN! Unless you want to spend hours straightening there mistakes, which are alot.

Unbelievable how poor the customer service is there! Terrible experience! The only reason they have one star is you can’t give them a negative one! The manager and his staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t give me their supervisors name and asked me to leave when I kept asking for it?

Who in the world trains these people? I only attempted to communicate with one«lady» there today and she was terribly rude. She made sure to belittle me, by starting her answer defensive and«putting me in my place» because she is helping others. I went back to my space to wait and the couple next to me commented that this was their third time coming back to the store to get help. The store itself is nice, the location is good, but my first impression is beyond terrible. I don’t care how busy they are, I am sure they can answer politely, even if they can’t help me that day. I don’t mind Sprint as a service, but I will never do business or send anyone to that location.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was at this store. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for help and when I asked an associate to ask how much longer the lady there told me she was going to lunch and it would be another hour. We were first on the list with 5 people behind us. They never said«sorry» and never apologized so we walked off so we will be quitting Sprint after this experience. This is the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I would avoid them like the plague. I will be telling all my friends and family to go to anyone but them, they lost our business.

If you ever get someone to join your«framily plan,» you will lose them as a friend forever. Run as far away from Sprint as you can.
