This is the second time that this company has delivered propane without my permission! And the price has increased to $ 6 from $ 4 in February!
When I called to complain, the agent denied that I had previously instructed them on TWO occasions not to deliver without my specific request. Although she offered a price adjustment, it was to the prevous rate.
Only when I told them to come and pump it out did they concede.
This is just awful service.
