This is absolutely the best under the hyatt flagship. Best staff and kudos to the housekeeping sraff. Best products with care you got all the ingredients to excel.

Stayed here for 3 days(7/28/2013~7/30/2013) with children(two teen) and husband. We rented 2b/2b. I paid $ 252 per night. Pros: modern(same as pictures), close to the beach(about 3 mins), close to 7 – 11(2 mins). Cons: parking limited(you might want to come back early so you can park your car near by your unit), low water pressure in the shower and sink, no tongs in the kitchen, you might want to bring your own tongs for cooking. *I strongly recommend this hotel, if you visit the Siesta Key beach. But, I will not visit Siesta Key beach again, very disappoint, beach water it’s not clear blue or clear green, the only good thing in this beach is white sand, very soft.

I really enjoyed my staying there, the place was pretty modern(check the pictures) even though the bathroom is a little bit too small and too dark. The personnel, was very nice and helpful. They had chairs for the beach for free(as long as you bring them back). It wasn’t brand new but it was really convenient. The beach, was nice, the sand is really pretty and fine. It’s one of the rare time i walk on sand that does not burn your feet !! It is not super close to the area where you have all the restaurants but if you have a car it’s like 5 minutes away. If i ever go back to Siesta Key, I would definitely go back there. Even though i am sure you can find better but why take the chance of not being satisfy?

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed. From the outside, it looks like a renovated motel but much nicer on the inside. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo which sleeps 6. Very modern kitchen with most supplies included, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, silverware etc. PS, bring condiments for cooking or you can walk to a small grocery type store or 7 – 11 to pick up supplies. Loved the spacious outdoor sitting area with fans and lights and comfy couches and chairs. Condo includes a private access to the beach, a few min walk by the Hyatt hotel. Key access also gives you another pool option at a nearby hotel, didn’t use that as we came for the beautiful beach with its soft white sand that doesn’t ever burn your tootsies. No lifeguards at the beach, Siesta Key public beach is just under 2 miles. The unit has 2 full bathrooms and 3 large tvs, the living room also included a dvd player. Parking can be a bit tricky if you are there on a busy weekend. Nice that they had beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, but be warned, they are on first come first serve basis and never did find umbrellas the whole time we were there. It’s about a 10 min drive into Siesta Key area but there are a few restaurants that you can walk to. Never had a noise issue as someone else posted, not did the sunlight wake me up, but then again, when I’m on a beach vacation, I tend to awake early to enjoy. Free wifi was a definite plus! The Hyatt next door included some water activities, paddle boards and kayaks but you can rent those from anyplace in town and they will deliver right to the beach.

If you like sleep don’t stay here. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything inside your condo, outside, and next door. The blinds don’t block any sun in the morning. The only pillows are these huge uncomfortable and thick body pillows. The maids only come in the morning or not at all and wake you up with knocking until you answer or they open the door. Several of the sheets are not made for the beds and no sheets are made for the pull outs. They can’t make extra keys. There are no accommodations like a normal hotel, visa vi you’re on your own. Incredibly hard to find parking. No concierge or anyone at the front desk after 7 if you’re expecting a delivery. No elevator so you can lug your luggage upstairs. No TV guide so have fun scrolling. It’s kind of like someone just thought up the idea. If it was just some cheapo hotel option it would be fine but its really expensive and you’d be better off at a holiday inn express. Otherwise it is close to the beach and the condos look deceivingly nice to lure you in.

Stayed here for a long weekend with some friends. We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo for 7 people — there is a large bed in each room(I think they could be king sized) and a pull out sofa bed. The décor is modern yet cozy. The unit came complete with a kitchen — fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, stove, and oven. Fully furnished with plates, cups, flatware, a blender, and a bunch of other things we didn’t use. They have a private entrance to Siesta Beach, a hot tub, and a heated pool. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys for you to borrow. They also have a washer and dryer, which we didn’t use, but would be useful if we had a longer stay. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is farther away from restaurants and shops. Siesta Key Village is about 3 miles away, which is too far to walk if you wanted to go drinking and there aren’t many cabs that come through the area. It was easy to reserve a taxi to come pick us up. There were a couple«free» taxi rides that go off tip only, but the wait can sometimes last a while.

We purchased a Groupon for a two night stay in their two bedroom suite, which featured a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, private washer and dryer(it was great to go home and NOT spend the evening washing everything we packed), large flat-screen LCDTV’s, Wi-Fi Internet access(at no additional charge) and iPod docking stations. The booking agent was extremely helpful in finding us a weekend that worked before the deal expired. Upon arrival, we were greeted by their extremely friendly and helpful staff. The property itself is pretty small, but it is maintained well and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, beautiful and clean. We did not have much of a view, but we were steps away from Siesta Key beach, so that more than made up for it. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely return, there is already talk about a summer escape to this property.
