Tivoli By the Sea

My family and I have been staying at the Tivoli for years! All the condos are privately owned, but are rented out by Tropical Sands Accommodations. If you visit their website you can view each condo and it’s furnishing and what dates are available to rent. Our favorite thing about staying here besides the views of the beach, private beach access and the pool… is you can customize your stay. You don’t need to rent from Saturday to Saturday like some other rental agencies in the area require you to do. It is a smaller complex, so it feels private. The management company is friendly and responsive. Shelley was who we worked with last time we visited and the customer service was top notch. I highly recommend giving the Tivoli a try for your next vacation in Siesta Key.

Still love staying at the Tivoli! Owned by rental management company and they are fabulous. Tanya took great care of while we stayed during our stay. Now they recommend that you stay Saturday to Saturday, but we stayed from a Thursday through to the next Saturday and they worked with us before we arrived to put us in another condo for the 3 extra nights that we were in town. A+ customer service!
