Staff is extremely helpful & polite.
Forrest, bless him, tried to fix my broken mod for a good 30 minutes.
Large selection of mods and accessories, the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the limited selection in e-liquid, as they only sell their own brand, but I would highly recommend them for all of your e-cig needs. The prices are competitive also, and like I said, as far as customer service goes, you can’t ask for more.
I will continue to shop there for as long as I live here and that location is open.

Bought a vape pen in October. The firing mechanism stopped working (was locking up). I took it in to have it looked at. They replaced the part with a new one.. .at no charge! A quality business is one that does right by the customer when needed.. .they did this! I would highly recommend!

Long wait lines, usually understaffed. Rude, arrogant staff, no greeting or acknowledgment when customers walk in. I’ve found another, friendlier supplier.

Everytime I make a trip to Sarasota, I have to come to Wicked. This place not only smells like heaven, but the staff knows what they’re talking about. They all smoke so its good to know they have the experience in what works the best, tastes the best, etc. You guys are great, just stop carding me I am almost 21 now lol.

Every trip to Sarasota, this place is 1^st stop on my list! Sex on the beach e-liquid is their #1 flavor (I AGREE!). The staff is ALWAYS pleasant & knowledgeable about their products. Only downer is they don’t carry coils for my Nautilus tank, but their e-liquid selection is varied from tobaccos to fruity! A mighty fine effort for SWFLA, in my mid-western opinion! Try ‘em!
