ABSOLUTELYAWFULCORPORATECUSTOMERSERVICE. Went in to my local shop to cancel my membership for health reasons. The desk clerk told me that since today, the day I am canceling my membership, is the draft payment date my card was charged already for this month. Although she said I could call customer service and they would likely refund the payment that just came out today since I could no longer tan for health reasons. I called customer service to request and the woman told me to read my EFT statement and that«it was just too bad» that I was just drafted for a month’s worth of service that I can’t even use. She was SORUDE and condescending, talking down to me for requesting my money back for a service I cannot use. Basically just gave this worthless company my money for nothing. Just awful — never again will I use or recommend this company.

STAYAWAYFROMTHISTANSALON. I purchased ten(10) sessions of Spray Tans, spent $$$, went away for two months. When I returned to use one of my sessions, I was told by the girl at the counter that my Sessions EXPIRED. This Franchise basically stole my money! It hadn’t even been a full year & I only used one of the sessions. I asked to speak to the manager & was told the manager is out. I was then told if I wanted a Spray Tan, it would cost me $ 39OR $ 90 for five(5) more sessions. This Franchise really should get ZERO stars

The young, blond girl was watching a movie on her computer. Ok, I don’t care. She never smiled… Ok, I don’t care just here to tan. Then I asked for her to turn the radio on while I tan. She said t was broken! Now I’m not an idiot and unknown she just didn’t want it to interior her movie! She obviously didn’t realize I would have follow up questions and comments. I said ok so your telling me the entire sound system is broken cause that’s pretty expensive to fix! Let’s call corporate… Needless to say the radio was turned on while I tanned! How dare you lie to my face you stupid lil moron??!

Horrible customer service. Front desk clerk was so rude. Told us we couldn’t get in without buying lotion… Didn’t even offer $ 10 bed, then said we would not get any sort of color on «first few times»… So rude and wrong… Never going back again

Front of house staff is friendly. Have been a loyal customer for over a year. I broke my leg and have limited mobility. Kaitie on customer service corporate is sooo rude. 2392142556. Didn’t converse with me. Didn’t listen at all. All she did after the first 30 seconds was yell at me. But that’s okay. Her line isn’t recorded and she doesn’t have a manager. I called in to complain about her and Taylor, another CS rep acted like she couldn’t hear me. UNBELIEVABLE.
