I am so happy with my decision to rent here. The staff is very friendly and the property is well managed. I have a ²⁄₂ apartment and it works well for me. Some highlights: fireplace, dog park, pool, open concept, the bedrooms are separate ends of the apartment, maintenance guys are on call 23/​7, affordable, safe neighborhood, location, location, location. Check it out for yourself.

Truly happy resident, loving the improvements and I had my first maintenance request the other day and they were so quick and friendly! Would definitely recommend to a friend! Everyone in community is really friendly.

I’ve called 100 times for leasing information. No response, just a stupid automated useless service. I’m done trying.

This place is a Nightmare. First, we went on vacation only to return to a house that had dirt tracks through it and all my blinds were removed so that the painters could pain and they were on the floor when we came home (a Week later). Meaning, everyone could see in my apartment, know I wasn’t home, and come in and take what they wanted.
Also, we pay to have a porch. We moved in in May and still do not have a porch because of the construction. I have had patio furniture in my living room for months (With no end in sight). Now, the air conditioner is leaking all over the floor and no one will come until Monday to look at it (its Saturday).
To ad insult to injury, we had to buy our own washer because when we moved in the washer was so loud that we couldn’t watch a movie, talk on the phone, or have a conversation while the washer was running. We bought our own because they wanted to replace it with another POS.
Everything else is the proverbial needle that broke the camels back…
–the staff (especially the women and property manager) is rude and unhelpful. Which leads me to believe that the owners do not had any sort of commitment to their customers, they are slightly above slum-​lords, and do not intend on changing a thing. Therefore, the staff has no way resources or explanation (s).
–parking is like a freak show– you try to park within the lines, but all the parking bumpers and lines do not match.
— Shards of ceiling fall onto my bed and couch from the upstairs neighbors stomping.
–We were given an apartment that was nothing like the one we looked at
–The construction workers ruined my plants
…and so on and so on and so on…

Administration is rude, requests take more than a month to be accomplished. Remodeling began in our building 2 months ago and for the last month it has been left untouched and imcompleted. Called the administration office to find out and I was informed they have nothing to do with the matter… Yet, we have been paying rent promptly. Air conditioning system keeps having problems and again they take days to come and fix it. Plumbing system is poor and very loud.

Filthy place. We have been here for 6 months and it seems to get dirtier by the week. We had such high hopes when we moved in. Renovations promised and never completed. Trash in heaps everywhere.
