H & V were amazing on all fronts. Amber triaged the process beautifully and set me with a rental car at a great rate and had it ready for me. Car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up and was ready early. Nicely done with lots of small town touches.

I brought my car here about a year ago after an accident, and am still dealing with their shoddy repair job. The first issue I had with H&V was that while my car was there, they dropped something on the trunk of the car, and ended up having to do even more repairs. The second issue is that after I picked up my car, I noticed they had forgotten to reattach the door handle on my passenger door. The third and biggest issue is that a year later upon taking my car in for inspection, a mechanic found that they had not repaired my inner tie rod properly, which is not only careless of them – it’s dangerous. My advice: Do not risk bringing your car here.
