Service Tek Of America

I have used Service Tek in both business and residential for years. The service Jim provides is excellent! Jim always does a great job with the carpets and the furniture for a great price.

I was made aware of Service Tek by a family member in Saratoga who has used them on numerous occasions. Like me, my family member owns a number of homes which he rents out on a regular basis to to Track renters and to Skidmore College students. Needles to say, our carpets and furniture are subjected to heavy wear and tear by folks not known for cleanliness! I had used another local carpet cleaning service but became dissatisfied by their work in recent years, I felt as though they took me for granted and did not do a thorough job. One guy even laughed and said: «Its only a rental», as if he didn’t have to give it his best effort. Rental or not, I was still paying him with my hard earned money and wanted the carpets thoroughly cleaned! Well, it showed. They rushed through the job and left the house only «half-​clean» and made me regret putting down new carpets. I even considered ripping up the carpet because of the work involved. Well, Service Tek changed my mind. I was incredibly happy to find them and their work is stellar. The owner Jim showed up on time and got to work. I told him about my experience with the last cleaning service and they shared my concern. They went room to room and made sure each carpet got fully cleaned. They paid special attention to areas with high foot traffic. They also identified a few areas of discoloration and gave it extra attention. By the time they were finished my house looked-(And even smelled) — great. I was very happy to have found them and once again enjoy the feel and look of the carpeting in my home. If they were able to clean my carpets, after 4 college students spent two years in and out of the house, they should have no problem cleaning your carpets. I have my home cleaned every year and would not consider hiring anyone else. Thanks Jim!!! See you next May!

I used sevice tek for the second time, i had berry stains all over my rug they came and got every stain out and they were fast i would not call anyone but them.

Prompt, courteous, and best of all — results are amazing! I’ve used service Tek for several years in my old home, but then moved to a ten year old townhouse. I thought I’d have to replace the carpeting on the two flights of stairs, but Jim and Tyler worked their magic and made the stairs look like new. So much better than spending thousands on replacing it, let alone the time and mess involved in new carpet installation.
