I am in the process of finalizing the paperwork with this company and I have to say the customer service so far has been just awful. The receptionist(Angie) has given my husband and I a real hard time and has a terrible attitude. The only reason I have given it a 3 star is because they do offer good packages and I am hoping that once we do start our contract with them, that we will be communicating with someone else. My husband and I only have a weekend to make a $ 20K decision and are shopping around for the best financial package for both the procedure and the medication. We are requesting information from different places and requesting price quotes from different pharmacies. We both have been in contact with them asking different questions and trying to understand the best option for us… it’s just a lot of information to process, and we want to make sure we are not living anything out. My husband stepped out of a very important meeting to call them and ask a few questions and the lady tells asks him«why aren’t you communicating with your wife, she has already asked me those questions?» Mind you, that this is all during the same day, so I haven’t had the chance to «communicate» with my husband because we are both at work. My doctor sent them a fax with the list of medications we will need to buy and she calls my husband with the quote and then says«well, what do you want to do?» with a bitchy tone of voice. He says that he needs the weekend to talk it over with me and decide on the best option. She seemed annoyed by his answer. At this point mu husband is pissed and calls me to ask me to talk to this people. I decide to call her and she is giving me attitude as well. I asked her nicely«why are you giving me an attitude? are you having a bad day» Don’t you know this is a really hard process for couples and you should be a bit more accommodating and nice.” I was in tears at that point — this lady was just awful. Not considerate at all of what couples go though and how difficult it is for couples with infertility to make this choice. I really hope that the rest of my experience with them is positive. I have enough to worry about.
