My father, who is 93, had computer issues and called them. The technician said he needed a new hard drive and with backing up his date the cost would be $ 700. My father said he’d think about it. He turned off his computer, then restarted it and it has worked fine since then. Now for less than $ 700 he could have bought a new computer. He paid $ 45 for the analysis. It sure looks like someone trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone!
