Cyndi is simply the best. She is professional and personable. We moved to the Bay Area recently and had no idea where to live. Cyndi represented us as a buyer’s agent and we got our house finally.
She would explain the regulations, conditions and strategies carefully every time we bid a house, and always gave us feedback on the reason why we lost the bid. She never pushed us to a higher price.
She’d like to present our offer to the seller not only by faxing or emailing but also showing up physically.
