I agree, this event deserves more business. Its every other Sunday from 4pm to 8 pm and they always have a good selection of food trucks. 10% of the food truck sales go to support local charities thanks to the generosity of the Alameda Family who sponsors the event in their parking lot. There is usually something there for everyone and local talent is always on hand to entertain you.. The trucks range from Chutney Marys(My personal Favorite) Waffle Amore,(Try their bananas foster Waffle) TaKoz Mod Mex(Tr y their street dog) Sam’s Chowdermobile is usually there(Yum, Lobster rolls) and a mix of other yummy, yummy, food trucks. The events run through October and if you are in the area STOPONBY! They are open to EVERYONE!

This event deserves more business! The food trucks that were there last weekend included: Sam’s Chowder Mobile(where I got a yummy shrimp po’ boy), Waffle Amore, Chutney Mary’s, Rice Rocket, and TaKoz Mod Mex. There was also a live band playing outside the funeral home(…the only awkward part is the location. Just try to ignore it). Also, 10% of food truck sales goes to whichever non-profit is being supported that week. Benefit your community — eat moar!

This event has been a great event all summer. They have raised money for local non-profits and the food from the food trucks was great. The bands were not bad either and it’s nice to be able to ride your bike there, park and enjoy. There has been some interesting vendors selling things that are giving back to the local charities too!
