This Starbucks is awesome! I place mobile orders at this location every day, and it is a super easy way to go. My drinks are always made correctly and are ready to be picked on time. The staff is friendly, courteous, and they go out of their way to make sure they get the orders right.

This Starbucks is excellent! As a regular, Shawna and her crew, Steffi, Sarah, and Zach have always been great. The level of customer service is outstanding whether I am heading out on a fishing or hunting trip or running late they are always willing to accommodate me! They never sacrifice quality even if I am the one in a rush. When the app goes down or doesn’t allow an online order I call in my orders and they are always happy to help. I highly recommend Steffi, Sarah and Zach to be promoted, and have the opportunity to tune up other existing locations as I see the differences in service at many other locations. Shawna has done a phenomenal job running this location as their most recent manager. Well done Shawna as I have seen many managers come and go!

So bummed with this establishment. We come here after school often and the last three times we have come they have had two newer employees that unfortunately have no understanding of moving at a somewhat fast pace. I honestly could watch sap on a tree move faster– it blows my mind. The manager has been on hand on both occasions and while she is great — she also seems very busy doing other duties and seems to be very frustrated with her other employees that constantly need her to fix their mistakes. We have had to wait more than 20 minutes /three times in a row and now we just will have to frequent a different Starbucks as unfortunately we cannot wait for 20 minutes plus for our order. I have seen customers leave without their orders/demand a refund etc /it’s crazy.

I made the mistake of stopping by here after school got out so my error there. I ordered a drink from Madalyn who seemed friendly. The line for drinks was about 15 kids and the Batista had her hands full trying to keep up. I’m understanding in the wait but when there was no one in line Madalyn did not jump in to help make drinks instead she blasts the barista when she asked about making more tea and even said«Don’t play dumb.» I’m guessing by the tone Madalyn is the supervisor but if so she needs some serious training. She violated rule number one don’t reprimand in public, in this case a store full of customers. After 25 minutes of waiting and hearing that exchange all I wanted was a refund.

Staff is not friendly. My son and I tried to order a sandwich, a chocolate chips cappuccino, and a coffee. We got coffee and Cappuccino quickly, and waited for 20 mins for the sandwich. Never came. Checked with the girl we ordered with. She was for some reason appear frustrated, not a sorry or even a word, but turned around and started preparing the sandwich without asking what we ordered. Of course, when we got it, it was not the sandwich we wanted. So I had to talked to her again. Again, very frustrated and impatient, no sorry no any words, grabbed the wrong one, threw them in the trash, and made another sandwich. I was nice the entire time understanding they had more customers on a Sunday morning. But that kind of attitude and terrible service are absolutely not acceptable. We were very disappointed. The worst starbucks I have been!

This is a good location as it is a pathway between work and school. Great location looks great inside it is up to date with great service. My coffee always comes out perfectly, & I order white chocolate mocha here often and have no issues with anything at any given time. It is usually packed here so getting a seat in the cool rainy and environment to Northern California during the winter months sometimes going to be challenging. But I believe it was the design that led to less the seating and that does not reflect the employees and how well they work with you and how fast they deliver delicious coffee. I will always recommend this place if you were in the area for a Starbucks coffee I am a fan. Some improvements can be made selection of goods and cakes, and have an extra amount for those who come in a little bit later in the day. We also would like to enjoy a sugary or salty snack with our coffee or mocha. In the middle of the day and you run out of really good stuff which means inventory control needs to be addressed or stocking. Otherwise a great place to have a coffee or mocha or a tea.

Typical Starbucks. Could be a little cleaner, but I like sitting outside. Nice quiet Saratoga vibe.

One star because they’re actually open for business. Other than that, I have no other positive review of this Starbucks location. I can’t say that I’m a finicky customer because I order the same exact drink every single time, at every single Starbucks. But this particular one just can’t get it right. After the first mistake, I gave it two more tries, and after seven times, after seven mistakes: I GIVEUP! They just can’t get it right. They make their drinks haphazardly. I can’t bear to list all seven mistakes they have made each time. The disappointing thing is, it’s not just one employee. It’s every single employee that has helped me across the board, they just can’t get their job right; so this boils down to management and training, and the whole teams lack of Starbucks’ standard service. I will not be coming back to this location, no matter how many times I will be passing by, and no matter how much I’m craving my Caramel Mocha Frappuccino. I can’t bear an eighth mistake when I’d much rather spend my $ 5 at a Starbucks where they will make my drink right, each and everytime.

This Starbucks has really gone down hilll in the last 6 – 9 months. My main complaint is it takes way too long to get a drink and/or food. I’ll go in if it’s a Saturday afternoon, and even that I’ve cut down just from falling out of the habit of coming here(I live less than a 5 minute walk away and will choose to go somewhere else other than here). It takes way too long for drinks to be made, the staff is usually busy chit chatting with themselves before they realize I’m standing there to help me or other customers. Pastries are stale and don’t usually taste good. I’ve seen drinks just wallowing at the end of the drink station, needing just one more thing, but the staff gets easily distracted and almost seems to forget about the drinks. I’ve come close to walking out, and I’ve seen people leave without getting their drinks, because it just takes so long. Does this place have a manager? The old one, John, was excellent and on point while being friendly. They need a manager ASAP who can return quality service back to this place.

Friendly people and busy but my iced green tea latte had the majority of the powder sitting at the bottom. I had to finish mixing it myself. Quality should not go down despite the abundance of customers.

I believe that Starbucks’ quality is always fresh & clean for long time. However I found they sell the old sandwich out of date/sell by lately and actually I bought the Hot Panini /sell by 0316 today(03⁄17). We have to be more careful than before. They are lately something wrong.

Ive driven past this locale hundreds of times but not until now did I go in. Was in the area and didnt feel like heading home after my meal so we sat on the nice outside patio area. I was behind this old lady who ordered something I couldnt quite hear. When the order came up she ran up grabbed it and then started yelling«There’s no whip! There’s no whip! There’s no whip!» Yikes. That’s like out of a David Lynch movie. They were quick with my order regardless and we got to chill in the nice 73 degree F day… 3.5 stars

The only thing I can have here is an Americano. The rest of their regular(drip) coffee makes me wanna barf all over the counter and scream until my tongue loses the bitter taste of ridiculously over-roasted coffee beans. –1 star for only having AT&T Wifi. Not everyone has(or wants) an iPhone. Preventing a future phone debate, let’s just leave it at «their coffee sucks, but their staff is really cool.» Oh wait. I have SBUX stock. What I meant was«OMG! Like this coffee is the bomb diggity! Their latte’s are, like, the best yo!!1!»

I cant belive the low ratings. This is one of the best starbucks in town! All the employees are super friendly and the manager here rocks! There is free parking across the street at us bank. People it’s downtown… there is never parking downtown. :)

The parking lot is a tiny little piece of frustration. It is much better to park on the street or in the nearby parking lot(though it’s for that plaza only. it’s a risk you’ll have to take) and walk to this Starbucks. It’s really small inside, so you will be lucky if you find seating. Otherwise, the baristas are very nice and make your drinks right!

There’s so many complaints about the parking lot at this Starbucks, and while the lot is small, there’s so many other places to park nearby, so unless you’re in a hurry, I don’t see why it should be that big of a problem. Seems like a common stop for bikers or people(like me) who just grab-and-go. It’s a pretty tiny Starbucks with ~7−10 small tables in it that are almost always full, but it’s very warm and cozy. In terms of drinks, I think it’s really hit or miss in terms of the barista you get. I’ve had times when the drinks were not filled to the top and the whipped cream was really chunky, but also times when everything was stellar with really quick service. Random: My sister really wanted a peppermint hot chocolate, which I know is a seasonal/holiday drink at Starbucks, but we went in anyway(in February) to check if they were still carrying it. I asked the guy at the register if there was a difference between the peppermint hot chocolate and the regular hot chocolate on the menu and he told me they were pretty much the same. FALSE. My sister was displeased, but hey, hot chocolate with or without peppermint is still not bad. Also, there’s a place to get doggy bags on the sidewalk right in front of Starbucks, which I thought was nice since I almost always bring my dog with me to downtown Saratoga. There’s also a doggy drinking fountain nearby, which is just plain adorbsies. tl;dr: Will be back many more times I am sure, but that’s because it’s a Starbucks and I like my coffee. :)

Starbucks all start out with three stars and I will either add or subtract stars based on my experience over a period of time. The barista seemed to be coughing before and after he took my order so I felt a little uncomfortable when he handed me my change. There was also nowhere left to sit while I was waiting except the bar stool. When I was leaving, there are two exits out of the parking lot. One exit is right turn only and will take you far far away from Saratoga Ave. and Big Basin Way. It was a little annoying. The parking situation is definitely not ideal. Definitely not my ideal Starbucks.
