Been to Cornerstone twice and not impressed with the buffet. If it wasn’t for the salad bar, I would give them 1 star. All the hot buffet food tastes bland and looks really gross. Pizza isn’t bad on Wednesday Italian night, but only had two to choose from. Chicken, prime rib, ribs, hot dish, soup, potatoes, stuffing, etc. looks and tastes like it came pre-made and just warmed up. If hungry for buffet food, spend the extra few bucks and go to Coyote Moon, Old Country Buffet, or Pizza Ranch. Our bill tonight for 5 of us was over $ 65…would’ve been more satisfied with Coborn’s chicken and sides.

This is easily the best salad bar and the best buffet in central MN. I’ve been here twice(once for lunch and again for dinner) and the food quality was and selection was great. Everything was very fresh and of a homemade quality that even my grandmother would have appreciated. Very fair pricing and very attentive waitstaff– probably better service than most traditional restaurants. Clearly these people know and like what they are doing.

Ordered a double bacon burger, but it lacked the bacon. Otherwise the burgers taste was good. Had a side of garlic fries, they were good. I ordered the walleye, with baked potato. They didn’t ask me about butter or sour cream, and it didn’t have any. I had it deep fried and it was good. It would order it with fries next time, as it was served on news paper. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for the kids and while it was slight messy, I liked the garlic flavor. My son inhaled the bread sticks I also ordered. Over all it was good, and it’s a new place so I am over all happy with food and service was very good.
