Contracts are misleading and getting out of the program is a fight. They are not clear on signups. When you are exiting the program the customer service woman you deal with is incredibly smug and rude and will call you late at night. When they do call you earlier they rub it in your face that they are going out of their way to do so within business hours. When you exit the program you would expect paperwork in writing since you will have cancellation fee’s. I had to fight to receive a real paper bill. Was also threaten to be put on collections while I was waiting to receive a bill in the mail. The instructors are great with the kids sadly everything else is horrible. Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere.
