Very good sushi — fresh and well made –which was a surprise considering the place is out in the sticks. The only downsides were the out-of-place TVs in the dining room and the lack of beer/wine.

Excellent sushi for the area! Much closer than Pittsburgh and much better. Very good service as well.

The food was pretty tasty. I had good olé’ General Tso’s chicken, and it was really good. Wonton soup was also flavorful and delicious, as you would expect. My husband was happy with his eel roll. I can’t get past the seaweed and how you have to eat a piece of it in one bite. I don’t like chewing things for a long time, it freaks me out. I have a bit of a choking complex. Long story. Anyways, it’s regrettable, because sushi is so pretty and I would love to like it. We got crab rangoons, which were eh. I’m ruined for those ever since I had them at Pittsburgh Thai by Boris. We get them almost everywhere and no one’s even come close to theirs. So why the three stars? The waiter! The entire time we were there he was giving off this vibe like we were seriously inconveniencing him with ordering our food and drinks and breathing his air. I’m pretty good at picking up on signals like that, and when I start to feel like I should apologize for needing a refill, I know I’ve got myself a bad waiter. Also, I hate it when a restaurant is completely empty and they sit another party directly next to you. The place is so quiet that you end up eavesdropping on others’ conversations, and feel the need to filter yours because the other party is probably listening in. Well that’s exactly what happened here. I way prefer Thai food and this place is out of the way anyways, so I probably won’t be back, even though the food definitely is decent.

From out of the area and this was our first time visit. Byob. There were 8 of us and everyone orderd something different. Sushi – yellowfin, spicey tuna, dakoin roll – all excellent. Veggie lo mein, eggplant lo mein, 3’s company all very good. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and much to take home. highly recommend.

Decent restaurant if you’re in the area. Like everyone says it’s clean, and service is reliably fast. Either sushi or chinese is good. But, pretty highly overrated by those giving it 5-stars. Not worth a special trip.

My husband and I have been eating here ever since they opened. We always liked it there and enjoyed going for lunch. So we stopped this past Saturday 1÷25÷14 for lunch and it was the WORST experience ever. Well to start off the bathrooms were very disgusting. Then when we got our food and my husbands said his meal didn’t look the same as it usually does«Mila Crispy Chicken» it had mushrooms in it this time also the taste of it was off? So as he ate a few bites he saw in it there was a ½ Smoked«CIGARETTE» in his food!!! HOWDOESTHISHAPPEN??? So I called the waiter over and he said not sure how that happened. Then went over to the other waiters and was whispering to them about it — Then went to the back and hid from us and send a your kid over to ask if there was anything he could do! POOR Business Practice!!! No apology or explanation on how this happened or what can we do to correct it «Even though I Was Ready To Get Out Of There Before I Vomited»! I am really mad about this and not happy that we really liked this place & will NEVER go there again. I also hear the that if we thought that was bad someone saw the kitchen with raw meat & eggs that were in the heat and really stunk being served to people! We drove about an hour to get here after hearing great reviews from other friends. We LOVE sushi and hoped to find an awesome new place. Maybe the good reviews are for the Chinese food? I ordered a nigiri platter and my bf a sashimi platter. We also ordered the Sarver roll to split. Both platters came with soup(decent) and salad(never had a dressing so sweet and mayo-ish in a sushi place). Everything was SO bland. The fish was fine, the rice and veg tasted fresh, but you couldn’t even tell you were eating fish it was all so bland. We felt like we were just eating(unseasoned) rice. Very disappointing for such a long drive. My bf ordered General Tso’s to go for lunch the next day in hopes that would be better. While that was ok(considering it was leftover), it still didn’t make up for the rest of the meal.

This place is THEBEST in PA!!! I came here often with my best friend. I am a picky eatter, but their crab salad is AMAZING. I’ve been to manyyy Sushi restaurants and Chinese+Japanese mix restaurants. NO restaurant in California or PA has their salad. And I LOVEIT. This is coming from a extreme picky eatter here!!! Super unique. Their food is always delicious. Never fails to disappoint in flavor or texture or freshness. I wish I could go back. Their udon is in a huge bowl, but it comes with the best tasting tempura. And their staff is pretty nice. I love this place. Their sushi is top notch.

This was good for sit down Asian food. Three of us ordered different items off the lunch menu Amit was great. Only thing I didn’t like was they put tomatoes in the egg drop. I really like egg drop soup, but I couldn’t eat that. Place was clean and service was good if you could get over the language barrier. We would go back again.

This had to have been some of the best chinese food I have eaten in quite a while. This coming from someone who loves it. I’ve been twice and had the Mala Chicken and the General Tso’s Chicken. Both were delicious. And for a lunch special, you certainly do get a good amount of food. I was stuffed and delighted. Haven’t had the sushi yet, but that is definitely on my to do list. All in all, if you’re in the Freeport, PA area… check this place out

Good sushi and sit down food. Service is fast and good as well. The sushi here rivals any place in Pittsburgh. I recommend the hot roll and Sarver roll if you like non raw and of course anything with tuna if you like the raw side! Prices can’t be beat. If you need your sushi fix just come here no need to drive downtown.

I have eaten here on a few different occasions and was pleased with it now I have not been to one of the well known Japanese or Chinese restaurants in Pittsburgh but shanghai Tokyo is very good for the area I would recommend it

Their sushi is the best around. Absolutely love this place. The waiters are always friendly and funny. Very attentive. I’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait here either.
