The people at this store truly go over and above in helpfulness. They recently went so far as to send me to another establishment to purchase my hard-​to-​find lightbulb.

Like most people, I’m a busy individual. I can also conduct research and find answers to the majority of my questions. When I had a small porch screening project and found out that that Ace would cut the screen to size, I was impressed; saves me time and money purchasing only what I need and no wasted time cutting. I even called the store and placed my order specifying the size of each panel twice and having the clerk recite the measurements back to me. When I was ready to hang the new screen, the measurements were completely off. I called the store but what it really comes down too, if you want something done right, do it yourself or micromanage the incompetence so you don’t get caught up in it. Ace actually caused me to spend more money and I lost at least an hour, maybe two of my time. Use them again… No Way!!!

My first and generally only stop for household repairs and «stuff». These guys are very helpful. Many times they’ve told me how to use something I already have to do a job and I leave without buying anything. They try to make sure you get what you need to do the job right.
