My husbands computer died late Saturday afternoon. We called Perry at 10:00am Monday. He diagnosed the problem. Totally dead. Perry Started the download from the hard drive while we went to purchase a new laptop. Dropped off the new computer about noon. Picked it up with everything loaded by 4:30. Fastest turn around! Perry was very professional and understood that this was my husbands business tool. (Best Buy geek squad turn around was 3 DAYS). Perry did it in about 4 hours !!! I love using local small business. This is a great one. Thanks again Perry. You saved the day (week).

Perry at the Computer Guys has a tremendous sense of customer service. As the President of Service Arts, Inc. that trains the teams of luxury resorts, spas and corporations, I’ve had a lot of experience with the topic.
On the spot and willingly so, he was able to retrieve all of my documents that had somehow been stranded in a broken UBS.

Recently I had my laptop and my desktop machines break down on me within 2 days of each other. I’m a full time web developer so I needed a quick turn around in order to survive financially.
I brought my computers to The Computer Guys in Saugerties, NY. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix my laptop — apparently it overheated and actually burned up. It’s kind of scary but there were burn marks on the motherboard. Luckily my desktop machine had just blown a power supply. Perry, the store manager, was very friendly and had my desktop returned to me within a few days. He only charged me $ 75 dollars for both the diagnosis of my laptop and desktop and the power supply and labor to install it. I considered this to be very reasonable considering what the other guys in town charged me in the past.
If you need to have any computers repaired I would highly recommend «The Computer Guys» for all your computing needs.
