If you’re in the market for an oil company that is reliable, has a servicing plan, and an excellent reputation, look no further than KOSCO.
I’vee been a customer of theirs since moving to the Hudson Valley (Wappingers Falls) and haven’t been disappointed thus far. A few neighbors on my street utilize their service and recommended that I do the same. Thankfully haven’t had to summon them for any repairs, but my neighbors swear by their customer service and all tell me how reliable they are. I’ve never had to call them to fill up my tank, they just show up every few weeks. Works for me and I never have to worry about having oil in this tank
When you sign up for the service package they come inspect your furnace and make sure its ready for the winter. My only negative about them is that they are a bit pricier than others in the area. I’ve spoken to several other locals that pay less than I do. Apparently you’re paying for their customer service and reliability and when its –20 degrees out and something breaks, that’s when that matters the most.
They offer various plans including budget plans, pay per fill up, etc. and have options to «lock» rates. I’m still hopeful that one day we can ditch this archaic oil system and gas lines will make it to my house… But until then we are stuck with oil and I’ll keep KOSCO as my supplier
