After talking to several contractors regarding reconstruction of a delapidated deck, we settled on Dan at Bellrock. Firstly, at our first appointment, he turned up on time, and had some great ideas for the final look of the project. He gave some sound practical advice but maintained the overall style we wanted. His estimate was right around those of others, so we were very happy with that.
Every day, when he came to work, he came on time, and before he left kept the site clean and tidy. Indeed our neighbors mentioned how diligent, professional and focused he was when he was on site. He was also excellent and responsive in his communication– emailing when he needed to have access to the basement, or clear driveway, or patio stones delivered etc.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Dan to anyone, and call him again if we needed another project doing.
