TERRIBLE customer service. We have a Gift Card that we just found from a couple of years ago worth $ 50 or $ 75 but was told we can not use it. I said so I am out this money the lady responded with «I guess so. should have used it years ago». VERY RUDE It should not matter how old the gift card is the salon should honor it. I also mentioned they never answer the phone she told me to leave a message or book online. I hope NO ONE uses this salon.
