Inside Fabric

I was hoping to locate, the fabric which I was looking for an upholstery job without too much ado. I called the Inside Fabric. At the time, I had three different price quotes, for the same material. It is the nature of this business, a discount is offered at one point, but an additional charge is added at the other end. I talked to David, he graciously assisted with the information and the figures were completely accurate. I even received a discount, as a first time buyer. If you like a no none sense approach to this, Inside Fabric is for you. David, my gratitude for your help. I will return for other purchases.

I’m an interior designer and have bought fabrics from Inside Fabric over the years. I find their service to be quite reliable. It’s difficult here in LA to find high-​end fabrics, you have to go to the Pacific Design Center to see them. With LA traffic it’s not always easy.
I like having an online source where I can get samples by mail. As a designer I have to order a lot of samples for my clients, and it’s nice to be able to just order them online. I get charged $ 5 for the sample but it’s reimbursable toward my purchase, so that’s cool.
There were a couple of times when I had some problems with my orders, where the fabrics had some flaws when I received them. The fabrics are shipped directly from the manufacturers with warranty against defect so they were always taken care of promptly. I was issued a call ticket from the manufacturer to have a pick up and the replacement was sent shortly after.
Overall I find their prices to be very good, the fabrics ship quickly and the offering to be quite extensive. They also provide full warranty against any manufacturer defect issues, so I feel comfortable if any problem arises. My only issue is that I wish they have stock information online so I don’t have to call/​email for stock check all the times. Also a couple of times I ordered fabrics and they were discontinued, so it was a little annoying.
