John Wilmer can restore just about anything. He is an artist. But be prepared to pay for the value received. I would trust him with my most valuable antique and to solve perplexing issues with furniture.

Confederate flag hung inside the store. That should not be hung, if anything, it should be on the ground!

Wilmer called. Fabric turned up, amazingly, months later. It had been delivered to the building next door. Decided to take another pass on Wilmer and dropped off chairs. Did a good job on the upholstery and relatively quickly once fabric was in hand. Hours are a little irregular, so call before you stop by especially if you are lugging furniture. I’d recommend to locals.
