I’ve been renting a business office through Kimber in Sausalito since 1994. Without exception, I’ve found the management to be thoroughly professional and competent.
That much, one would expect, perhaps. But these days, unfortunately, common professionalism, care and courtesy to tenants, and real community spirit increasingly hard to come by in dealings with American business people.
What I’ve been so impressed by, however, is what Kimber does that for us tenants that is completely unnecessary and unexpected, but very much appreciated.
For example: When remodeling the building some years ago, we were all given a free month’s rent to make up for the inconvenience. Recently, Kimber decided not to charge its usual small annual rent increase as a gift to its tenants, as a gesture of support during hard economic times.
I simply count not be happier as a tenant. Hats off to this wonderful company, and their example of how to run a business the right way, earning money for its owners while consistently giving its customers more than their money’s worth.

I rented commercial space from Kimber for many years and they are responsive, fair-​dealing and well-​organized. This company sets an example for property management. They really «get it» and they get it done.

I found Bruce’s email address on their website. I emailed about 7 other companies, and he was one of the few companies that actually responded to a stranger!
He responded immediately, even though I am not his client. Amazing! He even went above and beyond to help me out.
Thanks! We need more people like him.
