Excellent service! Came to my house to inspect a faulty A/C and gave me several options for repair/replacement. Each option was thoroughly explained and Paul made sure I fully understood all of the options before I made my decision. After deciding to replace the A/C a follow-up appointment was scheduled for Thursday. Wednesday afternoon Paul called and said he had an opening and could come by that night. This was much appreciated as it was over 80 degrees in the house. After a couple hours the new A/C was installed a day earlier than expected. Extremely pleased with this company and will be sure to give them future business as I need it.

I am extremely impressed. I called for AC service and Paul arrived within the hour to fix it after normal business hours. He was very polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Best service I have ever received for HVAC.

Really quick response time from Paul. Called him early afternoon to check water heater at our rental in Mpls and he was there a few hours later. When it turned out we needed a new water heater he found one in Burnsville and came back in the evening to install so our renters could have hot water in the morning. Great service from Paul. Thank you!
