Lots of food for a fair price. Decent taste for a delivery /take out place. They say they deliver but 6 out 6 times I’ve placed an order«No driver available»…maybe next time?

The portion size was good for the price and the service was friendly. Though the food was just okay, I was not impressed by the fried rice at all. I wouldn’t go again unless I really wanted Asian food conveniently as they are one of the only local restaurants that delivers.

Small little place but offers a lot of different foods. I wasn’t to happy at first when I received my dinner combo. The egg roll and the puffs were very small but once I opened up the to go box it was so full it barely closed! A lot of food for not a lot of $! I got the chicken lo mein. The chicken is a weird texture would recommend a different meat. But all around it’s very tasty. Would come back again.

Placed an order online and it was wrong. Very simple fix but when we called to tell them they said that they don’t know what to tell us. We are only about a block and a half away and they would not fix it. Food was OK otherwise.

Great service as always. The food is the closest you can get to the real thing. So not everyone will like it. But the food is very tasty everytime i come here. Love the staff and the speed.

They have changed owners the food is typical nothing outstanding rather«normal». Fair price for a fair meal. If you want take out close to your house and don’t want to pay a lot this will be fine.

First I stood at the door for five minutes waited to get seated. After being seated I went to the buffet got my food items shutdown and every thing that I had on my plate was room temperature. I told my waitress what the issue was she ended up getting me somebody over to talk to me and asked me what my problem was. I told her the food was cold she said you have to go to the bottom of the dishes to get warm food. If the place is being run correctly the phone should be warm in the warming trays top to bottom. In my opinion would be this place should be shutdown they do not know how to run a restaurant in this country. The manager was telling me that I need to pay because I shouldn’t be wasting this food and I told her I Will not pay for food that is an edible. I would be more then gladly pay for the hot tea because it was good and it was hot. That’s what I did before I left just paid for the tea and she was speaking her language and I’m sure it was nothing good to say about me. I do wish these people good luck because I personally will never be back here in my lifetime and hope that anybody reading this will take my advice.

The Moo Goo Gai Pan was about as good as that dish gets, but my Pork Fried Rice was almost inedibly SALTY. I’m talking like BRINE here. I want my damned money back. Why would you ruin my fried rice like this, Asian Bowl? This was my second visit, because I was pleased with my first visit. And you BURNED me with super-salty fried rice that I could barely eat. There is no excuse for screwing up so badly. My first time here was great and my second time sucked, so STAYAWAY, Unilocalers, unless you’re feeling lucky. Edit: To be fair, I should mention that the FLAVOR of the fried rice was quite good, and hell… for that reason I’ll change my rating from one star to two stars. Regardless, the overwhelming saltiness made the flavor impossible to truly enjoy. Give your chefs more training, Asian Bowl! Edit 2: As mentioned in some previous reviews, the staff are very friendly and efficient, and TBQH that only makes me scratch my head all the harder.

Good Chinese take-out place. They have two 4 person tables to dine-in if that’s what you’d like to do. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big. I like the flavors but the food is more on the salty side. Also, the entrees come with a lot of sauce. The sauce isn’t thick like other Chinese take-out places. I don’t know if I’ll be frequenting this place often because of the high sodium.

My wife and I ordered by phone. They were a bit busy on Saturday so they said it’d be about 1 hour for delivery(actual delivery time: 1 hour 30 minutes). Delivery guy was friendly. This is our first time ordering from Asian Bowl and were very impressed with the food. We ordered: House Appetizer Combo(3 Stars)(The fried chicken wings and puffs were great! Eggs rolls were just ‘eh’) Pork Fried Rice(4 stars) BBQ Pork Lo Mein(4 stars) Mongolian Beef(3 Stars/Just average) Chung King Chili Chicken(5 Stars/Delicious) Overall this was great delivery and we will certainly order again.

Pretty small place, although a couple of tables provided. Drinks come from a refrigerator only. It’s more of a take out place. Not too pricey. Super quiet do to the fact that there’s no one here. Good service.

I ordered chicken with snow peas. Chicken was undercooked, peas over & disgusting sauce — all watery. On plus side, the deep fryer did okay with frozen egg rolls & wontons.

The ONLY Asian food that delivers to my address. I am very glad it tastes good or I’d be… you know.

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for well over a year and we couldn’t write more things about it. The staff is OVERLY friendly from the phone conversation to the delivery and they are QUICK. I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered(temp wise to taste wise) and its always consistent. The food is cheap and that can be hard to find with chinese restaurants these days and thats what makes it easy for me to have no hesitation to spend a lot of money on this restaurant month after month. Things I would recommend to eat are — wontons, spring rolls, hot and sour soup, general tso(SPICY) chicken chow mein, pork fried rice(I always upgrade the $ 1 any time white rice is offered to sub out) Its seriously good chinese food.

We decided to try this place after going to a neighboring Chinese restaurant for some time. Glad we did! Food is very tasty. Friendly service and great selection. Some of the best Chinese food we’ve had. If you want great Chinese food for not much $$ I highly recommend«The Bowl» creative entrée choices too.

Tasty take-out or delivery that’s a cut above other nearby Chinese restaurants. Average spice is on the hot side, but all dishes can have their heat increased or decreased on request. The standby orange chicken is particularly tasty and spicy. Chung King Chili Chicken is another flavorful dish with a kick. For those looking for more«north shore spicy»(a.k.a. mild) dishes, I recommend the chow fun noodles as flavorful and nonspicy. Pad Thai is good as well, and can be ordered nonspicy. Staff is friendly and helpful. My local Chinese take-out of choice.

I’ve never had so much lo mein in one serving. I’ve never had spicy lo mein. The shrimps were perfectly cooked and totally delicious. The hot and sour soup was perfectly hot and sour. I’m looking for a plain ol’ Minnesota mushy take-out chow mein place and do not yet know if this is it. By the clock, it was less than 10 minutes from my house. I’ll go back.

Grow up, don’t expect bland Mn cuisine, give it a try and ask for«Hot» then ignore the spicy hot and enjoy the flavor and service of GREATTAKEOUT, stop being such a dweeb…

4 stars instead of 3 because they delivered FAST. I swear it was no more than 15 minutes after we hung up the phone that our doorbell rang, and our piping hot food arrived! We had an order of cream cheese won-tons, sesame chicken, and Mongolian beef. I can’t say that there’s something to set this lil’ panda ahead of the pack, and neither can my boo. She wasn’t jumping for joy after each bite, so I’d say we’re pretty much«middlin’ «on the tasty-factor. I’d compare this to an Eddie Cheng. There was good value as far as the«price per pound» factor, and none of the food was«ucky». I think if we order delivery again we will call Asian Bowl next time. By the time we call to order… we’re already hungry so the sooner the hunger pangs are quenched the better. The employee on the phone, and the employee who delivered the food were both pleasant to speak with… another plus. P. S. Fair prices on soda bottles, and Sushi offered.
