Called today to see if they would deliver to Shakopee. The owner answered the phone and the restaurant wasn’t even open yet, but he was in doing work. He said they don’t deliver to Shakopee but asked what we were doing. We were watching Navy vs. Pitt in the Military Bowl! I went to Navy and my brother went to Pitt. We love Carbone’s Pizza and wanted it for the game. Long story short, the owner made us two pizzas and delivered them personally. He just earned two customers for life! Keep up the great work.

I love carbone’s pizza but this location does not cook their pizzas properly. Consistently under cooked. Crust is never done. Wish they would cook the same as all other locations.

Good pizza served in a sort of sports bar atmosphere. I went with the Veggie pizza. The veggies tasted fresh, the cheese tasty, and the crust thin and crunchy. The pizza came out what I’m starting to call «Minnesota Style» aka a large circle cut into little 2 inch by 2 inch squares.
Carbone’s looks to be a solid bet for some good pizza, and absolutely trumps all the national chains in quality and taste.

I have loved Carbone’s Pizza since I was a little kid, but this location is absolutely horse $hit. I ordered a pizza and paid via credit card. I ended up finding that I was charged double a few days later. I spoke to the «manager» and he told me that it was the credit card company’s fault. I asked how it was their fault when his business charged it??? Friggin idiot!!! And he refused to refund the amount fraudulently charged to my card!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Seriously the best pizza in Scott County. I could easily eat half of a large pizza and not feel bad about it, haha. I’m not a sausage fan, but the pepperoni and sausage pizza is one of the best things I have ever tasted. Yum. Now I want Carbone’s, haha.
