Foxborough Estates

I lived in this apartment complex from August 2013 to September 2014. The apartment complex are newly renovated from inside with all new appliances and washer and dryer are included in the apartment.
I lived in the ground floor apartment and so I had the open patio overlooking the green ground. The view was soothing but it created the scarcity of natural light in the apartment. The square footage for one bedroom was small compared to other apartment complexes in the area but layout definitely made up for it. There is a specially storage area allocated for each apartment in the room adjacent to the stairs as well which is perfect to store boxes and unwanted stuff. Kitchen is definitely small and congested because it also has washer and dryer.
The maintenance staff is very attentive and office staff was very friendly especially Kia belly. I always had the problems fixed same day as I reported them.
The rent is on higher side especially considering the small square foot area. Heat loss from windows is definitely a issue which contributes to high electric bill in winter.
Parking is a big issue because there’s no fixed parking and space is very limited. Especially during winter when the lots are covered with snow and you clean the spot and in the evening somebody else park there and you have to clean again.
I gave the four star only because the apartment was newly renovated and staff was helpful but I don’t think I will live there again given the increase in rent. It boils down to value for money at that point.
