Called for same day appointment and was thankful Bobby could get the kids in. They were ready within 2.5 hours and both got bathed and groomed. Other places have taken twice as long with more people working. I described what I wanted and she did a great job. Only downside is they don’t take debit or credit cards.

Kristi and the team at Grooming D’Tails are simply the best in taking care of my Cavalier King Charles Rocky! Rocky always smells amazing and looks superb after spending a couple hours at the shop. Kristi really cares about your pet looking the way YOU want them too and strives for 100% satisfaction. Kristi and her team love animals and it shows. Rocky always has a cute little bandana that fits the theme of the season when he’s done. She also gives him a treat as a reward for being a good boy! This time, I got a photo of Rocky in a Halloween décor background. It is cute! It’s just the little things and the attention to detail that make Kristi and her grooming team the place to go!
