Seriously amazing service! I walked in and they were well staffed– plenty of people working ready to help people that want to BUY things! I needed a new phone and they were ready! I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and guess what? They actually knew about the product they were selling and could answer my questions! After deciding on the right phone we went to the dreaded contract! (I hate this part!) I always feel like I have no idea what to do at this part and they spent 15 min reviewing my activity and account to decide what route to go. They saved me $$$$ with a better plan!!! HAPPY! It gets better– I noticed they sold Apple watches and I needed one for a team contest for my business. After asking a few questions I realized they didn’t have any in stock. :(BUT don’t worry! They wanted the sale so not only did they call around… Will picked it up on his lunch break and brought it to my business!!! WHAT??? Who does that!!! Love these people! Thank you Will and Jennifer for your amazing service I will buy lots and lots from you two! XO
