I don’t ever check into chain restaurants or coffee shops as often but I wanted to check in here to give them one star for the service. Sorry that all of you that work here seem so miserable. The poor customer service here doesn’t even deserve one star. I am a loyal Starbucks customer but I will never return to this location because of the service. Not to mention, there’s a holiday sticker card that’s going around and I was never offered the card, why? I don’t know because we bought over 5 holiday drinks. And I get the whole mopping thing because you want to get it done before the store closes but this was hours before close and it makes you feel unwelcome. And words of advice, please do not think its ok to make drinks and give each other dirty looks when we’re standing right there, watching you. TYSM

Normally I go through the drive through but today I went inside. I do think they prioritize the drivethru first. I spent 15 minutes waiting for s frappucino that they first gave away to another customer and second made it wrong. Girl with curly ponytail didn’t seem to care that I was waiting so long and others were being served in front of me. My husbands americano tasted like hot water and my iced coffee was very weak as well. This location is very inconsistent and depends on who’s working. So beware.

Employees are very kind and welcoming. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru line 2 weeks in a row. Decided to sit inside to get some work done on my laptop and I froze in my sweatshirt and long pants! Could be a bit more cozy for a coffee shop.

I’ve fallen for Starbucks’ «gold card» points scheme but I don’t even care because the perks are awesome. The staff at this particular location are always fabulous and even when it seems like half of Savage is in the drive-thru line, they’re very efficient. They have never once made a mistake on any of my drinks (which I can’t say for any other shop in the area) and the bakery items just keep getting better. The staff are always sweet to my daughter when she wants to order for herself and treat her like a big kid, asking if she wants her cookie warmed up, etc– the little things that make the experience. Now that they carry Verisimo products, I am a happy camper.

I have gone to this Starbucks on two occasions now, and I’ve been blown away both times. The first time I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. The customer service was awesome, they made my vanilla cappuccino quickly, and it was quite possibly the best coffee I’ve ever had from any coffee establishment. The second time I decided to do the drive-thru. I had a gift card that I suspected would maybe cover my drink and had about $ 0.50 in my car. Again, the service was quick and friendly and my drink was ready when I got to the window and there was no line in the drive-thru. My gift card was about $ 0.76 short so I went for my card, and the woman at the window would not accept my credit card when I handed it to her. She said no, I got it! Have a wonderful day! I’m blown away. I felt guilty driving away without paying for my whole beverage, but it left me with such a good feeling that I want to somehow pay it forward, and will.

Love this Starbucks! It’s spacious, clean and the staff is always friendly. + They have a drive-thru! :) Perfect for on-my-way-to-work morning coffee runs. I always choose this location to meet my girlfriends for coffee because of their service and room! You never have to wait for a table or arrive to find there isn’t room for you to stay.
I have to say, I wish there were more of this style of Starbucks South of the River!

Customer service is scarce now-a-days, but this Starbucks always has an employee that has a smile on their face, and is willing to help if your not sure what exactly you want!
I love there Caramel Frappichino’s! Highly suggest going to whichever Starbucks may be around you!
