The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Waited over 15 minutes for them to get a price at register. Once the price was given the manager and cashier didn’t even apologize for the wait. Didn’t even get have a good day. I will shop at Hoppy Lobby from now on.

If you love scrap booking or painting this is definitely the place to go. Their prices seem a bit high the first time you go in but theyre known for giving out 30%-60% off cupons almost every week through email. Oh yea if youre military you can use your A. C Moore card for discounts and they have a military discount they add on top of that. Im pretty pleased with the deals ive snagged.

My family will no longer give any of our business to this store or company. While waiting in line to checkout my 22 month old was accused of trying to steal candy, and then had three security officers follow my family around the mall. So parents beware who have kids that like to pick things up off a shelf even if you put everything back where it belongs.

Today I went looking for a drafting table for school(I am a SCAD student). A woman by the name of Cheryl helped me locate the drafting table which happened to be on sale! She was EXCELLENT and made my find very easy. I will be back :)

One of the anchor stores at Savannah Mall, A.C. Moore is a decent arts & crafts store. It’s got all your craft basics, and has pretty low prices. However, similar stores such as Michael’s and Joanne’s do have a greater selection. Some products and services simply aren’t available at A.C. Moore, so it may be worth it to you to go to another store. Especially if you want high-end art supplies. Depending on what you’re looking for, there probably won’t be any significant difference in price.
