Honestly, I wanted to give them 0 stars but that wasn’t possible. Flight was delayed 2 hours. Not one person apologized to us due to the delay. American put me on a later connection but still barely made it. Honestly, I’ve never had a good experience on American and this was the last straw. I have a lot of choices when I fly and American or any OneWorld partner is no longer one of them.
