my first experience with acupuncture was this week with Isa and i could not be more pleased with the session itself or how i feel afterwards. first, i’ll talk about the pain level and needles, then the results. the needles hurt less than any tattoo or piercing, less than a paper cut and less than when you accidentally stab your finger with a safety pin or needle, and i have a phobia of needles. so there is no pain there, then you’re on the table and i’ve never been more relaxed. i’ve had massages and i’ve been hypnotized and this was a whole other level of relaxation. i left feeling calm, collected, happy, relaxed and i don’t think i’ve ever slept as good as i did that night. my next session is planned, and if you’re thinking about trying acupuncture, i couldn’t recommend it more from Isa. give it a shot, you have nothing to lose and a whole world to gain!
