Growing up going to the Texas State Fair, it is very hard to review a small town fair. There is a decent size midway with various rides, games and oddities. Your normal run of the mill carnival food. (I just came for a corn dog and funnel cake.) It was extremely slow due to a cold front had just moved through earlier in the day which seemed to have kept the masses at home. There is a small livestock building but no animals in sight. No musical entertainment. All in all, I got my fried foods and skedaddled.
Oh yeah… parking was free! BONUS STAR
