Funny what a little time can do.
I imagine there’s a completely new staff, or a much needed overhaul of training that has occurred at this location; probably a bit of both.
I’ve unfortunately had several recent occasions to revisit this location, due to both my mom and I being ill. I will say that what seems to be the new standard practice of facilities to submit prescriptions directly to the pharmacy helped me to circumvent my previously horrific drop-​off experiences here. However, pick-​up has become much more pleasant as well. Kudos for the much needed overhaul.
The rest of the floor staff remains awesome. I really felt near death on a recent visit and not only did I receive stellar assistance; the staff also went above and beyond to make sure that I got the most for my money. On another recent visit, they pulled out all the stops to correct an error that was created by shine kind of glitch in their system. As someone who works in a customer service capacity, it feels great to have other people put in the same amount amount of care as I do. Keep up the great work, y’all!

I’m a fan, but don’t like the tourist prices. They have excellent customer service. Whenever you walk in, you’re greeted and the place is clean. There’s always plenty of workers there, so I don’t feel like I“m going to get mugged in the back aisle looking for Pedialite for the night of boozing that is about ready to happen.

24 Hour pharmacists on site. Had to drive to this location from Hilton Head on a 3 day holiday weekend to get some emergency medicine for my baby.
Only place Within about 75 – 100 miles that could assist.
Store is clean, service SLOW. Store clerks not so friendly or helpful. Even at midnight.
