It is shocking that Days Inns Worldwide, Inc. would put their franchise branding on this dump!
My grandmother and I were relegated to stay at this Days Inn over the Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding we had to attend in Savannah, as all of the nicer hotels in the area were completely booked. Our room rate per night was not cheap at approx $ 160.00 per night, including tax. The first clue of how bad this place was going to be was when we arrived and a guy had backed his truck into a parking space, with his windows rolled-down and music blasting through the parking lot. He was hanging-out in front of his room with room chairs pulled outside on the sidewalk, his room door open and he and his buddies drinking beer with the beer bottles lined-up on the sidewalk. Real classy. We contacted the front desk and they advised they would speak to these guys. The next set of problems we noticed was that our room door had a gap at the top where it looked as if someone had beat and bent it inward. The next morning we thought we had left the door open as we could see sunlight coming through. The room was completely filthy as we pulled-back the chairs and there were cigarettes, food and candy behind the chairs and table between the beds. One of the dining room chairs had a really suspect brown stain down the middle of the seat and we refused to use it. The room phone was a circa 1988 model, didn’t work and when I called the front desk to complain about the room cleanliness, they couldn’t hear me due to the popping and clicking of the phone. The TV was a circa 1988CRT tube TV, the remote only had on/off with ten numbers, AND didn’t work! The electrical outlets on the bathroom counter didn’t work and the bathtub had bugs & a bloody band-aid in it, as well as hairballs and black mildew in the corners. To add insult to injury, the safe didn’t work and I was advised by the front desk that they were going to be replacing at some point. Needless to say, my grandmother had some of her family heirloom jewelry stolen while we were gone. We are pretty confident that the housekeepers stole them. We were finally able to get the manager(caught him in the parking lot), Deven Patel, to come to our room as we were checking-out and pointed-out all of the issues and he seemed embarrassed, was apologetic and tried to fix and tidy everything on the spot — ASWEWEREWALKINGOUTTHEDOORWITHOURBAGS! Afterwards, we wrote Wyndham Corporate about our experience, who owns the Days Inns Worldwide, Inc. franchise, and of course they were very apologetic in their standard response fashion, and to show just how empathetic they were, they(and the franchise manager) offered to refund $ 40 of the $ 320.00 we spent at this dump for 2 nights. Real stand-up guys! I will never, ever-ever stay at a Days Inn franchise again, and particularly this one.

I never write reviews but this place is so horrible I had to. Wish I can give it 0 star. Me and my husband checked in. Our first room smelled like a dead animal I had to get out of there before I threw up. We got out room switched and the second room smelled much better but when I got to the bathroom the shower curtain was filthy and growing mildew. The non slip mat in the tub was dirty(bleach would have did a great job). I went to the phone to make a call to the desk but the phone didn’t work(it was 2 a. m and I was exhausted so I sucked it up and got ready for bed) while taking a shower the water drain very slowly… I pulled the comforter back to get in bed and discover the comforter had mildew underneath. I threw them on the floor and only slept on the white sheet .woke up late the next day and asked for house keeping but the guy at the front desk told me that he can’t leave his desk and go find a house keeper and to see if I catch one outside because the house keepers shifts were about to be over and they were getting ready to go home. So I couldn’t get house keep cause apparently there was none available. This is the worse place to stay… Don’t stay here

The hotel basically was a place to lay my head at. 1st off I paid in cash and ask the lady at the front desk could I wave the hold for incidentals. She agreed. Well guess what today I have a damn hold for 133 bucks on my debit card. Second I had to go back and forth to the front desk to get the keys reactivated. One key worked while the other one didn’t. That’s not good. Third, I left the room Saturday afternoon about 145 and housekeeping saw me. She then asks me will we need the room clean or more towels. I said yeah and she had a damn attitude smh I will never stay at this bullsh*t Days Inn ever again.
