If I come in and ask for help, I would actually like to receive some information on an item, vs. reading the facts displayed for everyone to read. And while I do not expect everyone to know all the items, it would be nice to either say that you don’t vs. telling me: «it comes down to what I want». I KNOW that — just pls provide me with info that will help me make a decision.

Went in today to buy an advertised basketball goal. The store manager said that it wasn’t on sale even though it still had the sale price posted and it was still a valid date. He tried to sell me another one at 200 dollars more! He acted as if he could care less! Very poor customer service! I even took a picture so l could forward it to the corporate office. Don’t think that I’ll shop there again!

Stood in the shoe department for 30 minutes without any sight of an employee. There were at least 6 other people wandering around looking for help from employees. Once I found an employee it took him 10 minutes and 3 tries to find the shoes I was asking for.
Makes you never want to bother buying over priced shoes if nobody is around to help. Thank god I didn’t have questions, the employee seemed perplexed enough by the idea of doing his job.

If you are a runner, play golf, yoga, walker or just looking for some moderate home gym equiptment do some browsing here. The store is filled with things for men, women and kids. The staff is friendly and helpful but not snobby or pushy like some places.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Lucy Brand Sportswear sold here. For the price and quality this is one of my favorite lines. Plus some of the things in this line are just great for casual wear and totally cute.
Of course my Husband found the Gun Section. I thought good he has a place to browse while I search at Peace and pick out things for him to Buy for me.
