Plenty of parking(this place gets very busy!) available, and while we have always gone during hours when there was no crowd, it looks like they have a good infrastructure to manage patrons during busy times. Their Staff is not excited about being gainfully employed and have always seemed more interested in something besides customer service. The facilities are great and lots of fun.

Ok, first of all my first experience at «Get Air» was horrible. Sure the sign when you walk up gives you the impression that your about to have the time of your life. COMPLETELY the opposite of what you were expecting. When you walk in you get this unsatisfying gust of air that makes you feel like you’re in a hospital and gives you the«I don’t want to be here» kind of vibe. Second of all the employees here are incredibly rude. I arrive at about 9p. m(closes at 12p. m) and when I go to the register the women tells me their closed! When I asked why she told me the cash register was broken so she couldn’t take anybody else for the entire night! Barely an explanation by the way and she gave me this sass like that homeless witt from the princess bride. Practictaly kicked my feonce and I out of the dump. Speaking of dump the place makes me feel like I’m in the ghetto. The music they play is so explicet I had to make my 5 and 7 year old sit in the car with their mother. I would NOT recommend this place any day and it is definitely not suitable for children.

Loved this place! We were trying to find a great place to take our son for his 4th birthday & it seems like most of the kid-friendly places around Savannah are either simple arcades or cater to older children. But we decided to give Get Air a shot & I’m so glad we did. They’re fairly new to the area, having opened in August ’15, and they’re clean, family friendly, & so much fun! They make you sign a waiver prior to entering the trampoline area, so I was a little hesitant in regards to safety, but they have a «referee» observing all activities & making sure everyone is safe, which made me much more comfortable for my 4 year old. They require you to buy their own Get Air socks, which are $ 3, but they are traction socks(or whatever they’re called), so I’m glad we got them. It’s hard to claw your way out of the ball pits! It’s about $ 10 per person for a minimum of an hour, but trust me, an hour is enough for an adult! I’d like to think my husband & I are in pretty good shape, but we were both exhausted after just 20 minutes. We’ll definitely be going again, but a word of warning: wear comfortable clothes(maybe even gym clothes). It’s a great cardio workout & we were soaked in sweat by the time we left.
