This is a smaller store, but it’s the best service I’ve received at any J. Crew! Mallory was super friendly and helpful, the store was kept clean and well stocked of sizes.

I feel like this store needs to hire a new buyer. I know that the market is much different down south but I felt like this location was lacking a lot of the diversity found in other Jcrew stores. The mens shop seemed to have an overwhelming amount of soft cotton button downs and khakis. THeir denim selection was minimal, no suits and a very small selection of boots/​shoes. For some reason this shop just reminded me of a Jcrew outlet store. I have it two 2 stars because I’m happy there is a Jcrew in savannah and it’s nice if you are looking for a casual outfit.

Not a great selection to begin with but disappointment was compounded by the total lack of attention from the many sales attendants while I had an armful of clothes. Not unnoticed were the middle-​aged women around me, though — they were waited on hand and foot. When I mentioned this to the guy checking me out, he tried to tell me that they were longtime customers. The store has been open maybe a month. J Crew’s quality is substandard and the prices high enough, they ought to try harder to sell their merchandise.
