how can i put this more plainly. awful. awful. awful customer service. They never pick up the phone, they dont have an emergency line. My AC went out 2 summers in a row. took over 5 days to get someone to come out. My house was over 90 degrees inside. If something happens during the weekend, dont even think about getting an answer from them. They have promised repairs, and they never get done. I had to threaten to take them to small claims court before getting somethings done. They sent out a shotty repair man and the trim around the back door still leaks and is dry rotted. Just tried calling now. and their phone is turned off. This place is a joke. Please rent from national realtors. ie coldwell etc. Find a new agent. I cant wait to see what its going to be like to try to get my deposit back.

We have had nothing but problems with Kim Williamson who is a part of Jean Walker Realty. She takes an extreme minimalist attitude in her approach towards managing properties, or at least ours. Living out of state, we depend on information from our property manager to keep us informed of problems/​issues that arise. We would ask and ask for updates and walk throughs that never came. At the end of our contract she failed horribly to represent us and it took an act of Congress to get her to give us our deposit back after the renters destroyed our home. It took us nearly 60 days for her to release our deposit, which begs the thought that she may be mismanaging funds entrusted to her. AVOID at all costs, unless you want your home destroyed and miserably neglected.
