I absolutely dread going to car dealerships! Well the hubby and I went to KIA of Savannah and was instantly greeted by Darren and I soon realized this dealership was not what I was used to! They are very friendly and helpful and made our experience a true pleasure. The business manager Scott Downer was truly a pleasure to work with and I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new car to go see these guys! We are even bringing our daughter back to get her first car from them.

This is about my Kia Soul, and Kia Corp. in general. I purchased my first Kia Soul a year ago Dec. 2012. The car would hesitate at lights and on turns. According to several postings on line, this is normal for this car. Had to take it in twice and they fixed it somewhat but it wasn’t as bad. Then the engine light came on, had to take it in couldn’t find anything really wrong with it. Three months later car starting running fast, when I started it one morning the car just took off, had to slam on the breaks. On the way home the car jerked several times, thought I would get whip lashed, engine light came on again. Took it in again for repair. Was told«we ordered the part but not sure if it will fix the problem». Ended up that day buying a 2013 Soul, second mistake. Three days after I got it home during a rain storm I noticed condensation in my front light. Called Kia Savannah, was told I would have to bring it in so that they could exam it. Well when the sun came out after the storm it was gone. But I did take a picture, they would not except that, they had to see it in person. Again other posts on line, said this is normal for this car. It seems that is Kia’s favorite saying«That’s Normal». This is not a major thing, but this is a new car I only had it a couple of days. It’s a shame when we all sit back and take«thats Normal» I paid for a car that I thought was above normal. Buyers stay away for Kia cars or you too will hear «That’s normal for that car»
