I wouldn’t give a star if I didn’t have to. This is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve been to in Savannah. 1. The nail polish is extremely cheap. Its to the standard middle school girl way. Nail polish you buy from the drug store. 2. They some how racked up $ 700 in fines 3. The lady continuously proceeded to file my finger instead of nail. 4. My nails looked like shit DONOTGOTOTHISSALON!

This place is the worst; a prime example of why I’d rather do my own nails(and usually do). I had a bit of downtime the day I came here, and decided to have someone else do my nails for a change. My first warning came immediately as I told them that I wanted a basic manicure. They kept insisting that I get some type of overlay, and I stood firmly in my choice for a mani on my natural nails. I mean, okay, it’s a fact that I’m frugal, but I’m not averse to value added upselling. The issue is there’s no upgraded offering for natural nails, so knock it off! My second warning came as I was presented the polish offerings. Again, I have to say that I do love to pinch a penny so I’m not opposed to budget nail polish, but there’s something wrong when my personal polish collection has a much bigger selection of salon quality polish than an actual nail salon. I ended up settling for a Sinful Colors polish, which anyone can get from Walgreens for 1.99. *stares into camera* Third warning came in the form of another upsell; this time, for brow waxing. My brows had actually just been groomed recently and were, as the kids say– on fleek. This goes to show that they’re all about dumping services down your throat rather than being skilled and attentive. I’ve typed enough so let me wrap the rest of the nightmare up. Unsanitary, check. Poor quality product, check. Not even using base coat and top coat without prompting, check. End result? Manicure chipped within an hour of the finished service. Avoid this place and give it the swift death it deserves.

DONOTGOHERE!!! Do not do not do not! There is a reason there are no reviews. I was in this salon for 5 minutes and it was the WORST experience I’ve had in 12 years of getting my nails done. The lady filed my nails so thin that I snatched my hand back in pain twice. Then she put so much glue on my nails that we were stuck together, but she didn’t hold the nail down so that it could bond. Two nails were crooked out of the four I let her get through. I pulled my hand away and told her I need to go somewhere else. See the pics of my hands. I bite my nails so they were already short, but you can see what Lee Nails did to them. I went the next block over to Posh Nails by Chipolte, so far I’m having a great experience.

DONOTGOHERE! Dirty, unprofessional, terrible service. I went here because it was convenient location-wise and it was a huge mistake. The woman had a very hard time removing the gel color from my nails, because she didn’t know what she was doing… thus damaging my nails(I understand gel removal can be harsh on nails. but this was bad) she then got up before painting my nails to do a, pediatric for someone else and told me to wait.(Keep in mind there was no one there when I arrived and 2 woman arrived without appointment just before my nails were painted) 10 minutes later the other woman working started to paint my nails. I chose a red gel color, which she painted all over my cuticle and skin, when she tried to fix it, she really just smudged it around. After setting my nails in the light box for well over a minute, I looked at my nails and saw the quality in the manicure, horrible filing no shape and 2 broken and cracked nails. I was so disappointed and upset I had to stop and say something, I got minimal response from the lady and she said she would remove the color and only charge me for a regular manicure, $ 15. I was so uncomfortable with them doing anything else to my nails I told her no and I shouldn’t have to pay for damaging my nails and a poor manicure. She started yelling a little, I paid the $ 15 and left… infuriated. SAVEYOURTIMEMONEYANDNAILS… AVOIDTHISPLACE!
