My battery went dead at Fort Pulaski yesterday and Allstate’s Roadside Assistance tried to send this business out to jump the car. When the technician found out where I was, he refused to come out and said he would call Roadside Assistance back. He never did and caused a three hour delay in my service. I do not recommend this business at all.

Woke up to go on kayaking trip while on vacation, and car was dead. Roadside assistance sent Pop-A-Lock and they were wonderful! The lady and gentleman that came were so nice and showed up 20 – 30 minutes BEFORE the scheduled arrival time! Would definitely recommend!

We bought a home in Savannah and needed to have the house re-keyed. Most of the doors/locks we didn’t have keys for and we didn’t realize that most of the locks were very old and really not functioning. We had two new door knobs and two new deadbolts put on with everything keyed to match. Our locksmith was short one other new door knob so he came back without a trip charge to rekey the sixth lock. Thanks Buck, you did a great job.

Quick to get to your location. Quick to open the lock. Upfront and reasonable about their prices.

Absolutely outstanding, did the old take the«dog for a walk» lockout. Gave pop-a-lock a call and their service tech Mike was there in 20 minutes. Friendly service on the phone and from Mike, quick, effiecent and affordable. Thanks

Outstanding service and reasonable price. I recently called on behalf of a old lady who locked her self out. She wanted me to use a coat hanger to unlock her nice car. Rather than damage it, I called Pop-A-Lock and they were there in 15 minutes for $ 29.95. They base their prices off of the year, make, and model. Maybe the distance too? Great value.

We arrived in Savannah and discovered we had left the key to our bike lock at our last B&B so our inn keeper(at Olde Savannah Inn) called Pop-A-Lock for us. He arrived promptly within 45 minutes of our call and was very nice and helpful. He tried to cut the lock but it didn’t work so he went to get a drill. While he was doing this, we managed to get the pin out ourselves. To our surprise, he said he wouldn’t charge us and wished us a good trip. That is good service!

I will continue to use Pop-A-Lock whenever the need arises. These guys are quick to arrive and quick to be done. Prices are fair and they’re understanding when it comes to the blunders we, as humans, are bound to make from time to time. The first time I called, the lock to our front door decided to break. They sent someone out who suggested a few things but didn’t have the equipment on hand so he called a coworker who showed up 10 minutes later. His coworker went around back to try our back door(we didn’t have the key on us so we hadn’t thought to) and we had left it unlocked by accident. He didn’t charge us for his trouble, just a friendly good night. The second time I had acquired a new truck that locks itself when the car is running. This fact slipped my mind just days after I’d bought it and Pop-A-Lock came right out and opened her up lickity split. The bill wasn’t bad and the embarrassment washed away quickly. After the locksmith left, I drove off immediately and had a couple spare keys made.
